Our Winchester Kitchen customer had a beautiful open plan space with gorgeous bi-fold doors leading out onto the garden. Once the doors were open the kitchen felt like it was part of the garden and the light that came through the doors was exceptional.

Their kitchen had 3 main fitted elements: a fitted island, a fitted run, and a fitted bridging unit. The island made used of a darker colour and housed their sink with additional drainer grooves cut in to the granite to aid drainage, integrated dishwasher, integrated recycle and normal bins. The farmhouse style they chose was our Shaker Style and the interiors were stained & lacquered in our ‘bleach’ colour really accentuating the lightness of their space. The fitted run was very high -spec and made use of a lighter colour. All drawers and base units featured soft close runners, and great storage solutions such as our corner units with carousels for ease. This gave the kitchen great functionality as well as beautiful design. The far side of the fitted ‘L’ run featured some open shelving as well as a seated area for their children. The final fitted element was the bridging unit around their fridge freezer. Either side of the fridge freezer is a larder as well as drawers and cupboards which again give great functionality in regards to storage as well as beautiful design. The contrasting colours work well together and they have finished off the top with our ‘silk’ range of granite which has beautiful hints of peach which is brought out superbly with the choice of elephants breath on the fitted ‘l’ shape run and bridging unit. The granite also had up-stands throughout the kitchen.
